PC DEVELOPERS
Incepted in 2006 we made our mark in real estate business with residential projects. The company aims at creating world class residential complexes at prime locations in India. And has already launched 3 projects in Dehradoon.
The project launched under the brand Treasure Valley (as I, II and III) has received an overwhelming response. Phase I is completely sold out.
The strength of the project is its strategic location, world class architectural design and construction quality. And if the opening project is any indication the company is all set to create landmarks in all major cities of India. Future plans also include creating townships and commercial properties.
The company also plans to establish a chain of hotels in the near future.

Sh. Amar Chand Garg, Vice Chairman
Another dynamic personality of the group, Mr. Amar Chand Garg is responsible for overseeing every little facet of the whole organization. It is his guidance that has led the Group into innovations and varied jewellery selections from different parts of the country. He is also the person who has instilled within the group the importance of understanding evolving tastes and demands. And has initiated the acclimatization of the group to the market reality of the 21st century so as to fit perfectly with the current times and create its own niche
Mr. Balram Garg
The youngest of the dynamic trio was born in 1970 and is a graduate from Delhi University. In our business front, he is the goodwill ambassador of the group with the unconditional trust of all clients in his favour. A man of clear vision and strong decision, his approach in business rests on his belief that `nothing is impossible.’ It is with his initiatives that the Group is finding new buyers from all over the world.
Mr. Balram Garg’s official duties also include overseeing books of accounts, statutory requirements, taxation and the exports of the PC Group.
